All products and services offered by VIDBI are considered final sale items. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded. This policy is in place due to several reasons, including but not limited to the customization of products, the perishable nature of certain items, and the immediate delivery of digital goods. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase.
For digital products, such as software, e-books, and downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of these items. Once the product is downloaded or accessed, it is impossible to return. We advise customers to review the product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility requirements thoroughly before making a purchase.
For services rendered by VIDBI, such as consultations, digital marketing services, and other professional services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated. This policy is in place to compensate for the time, effort, and resources invested in providing the service.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. Our system is designed to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of products and services. As a result, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests. We urge customers to double-check their orders before confirming the purchase.
For subscription-based services, such as monthly or yearly plans, cancellations are not permitted once the subscription period has begun. Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring they do not renew if they no longer wish to use the service. Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until cancelled by the customer at the end of the current billing cycle.
For custom orders, including personalized products and bespoke services, cancellations are not allowed once the order has been placed. Custom orders require significant time and resources to fulfill, and as such, cannot be cancelled once the process has started.
While our general policy is to not offer refunds or cancellations, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis. However, this is at the sole discretion of VIDBI, and we cannot guarantee any exceptions will be made.
